1. How do I place a custom order?
Click the “Place an Order” tab and fill out the form with your shirt type, size, colors, wording, and any images. After submitting your form, you’ll receive a PayPal invoice with your quote within 24–48 hours.

2. When will I receive my shirt?
Orders are completed within 5–7 business days after payment is received. Rush orders (3 business days) are available for an additional fee.

3. How do I pay?
Payment is required upfront before services begin. I accept PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo. Payment instructions will be included in your invoice.

4. Can I bring my own shirt?
Yes! If you bring your own shirt, $3 will be deducted from the original price. However, you must consult with me first to make sure the fabric is compatible with DTG or DTF printing. Not all shirts will work with these methods.

5. What is DTG or DTF?
DTG (Direct to Garment) prints directly onto the shirt using high-quality ink, ideal for colorful, detailed designs.
DTF (Direct to Fabric) uses a printed transfer that’s pressed onto the shirt using heat. It’s durable and works well on various fabric types.
Vinyl prints are not offered at this time.

6. Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Local pickup is available in Baton Rouge, LA. Choose the pickup option when submitting your order.

7. Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Free delivery is available in Baton Rouge and Zachary. Delivery outside these areas is available for an additional $15, added to your total.

8. Do you offer shipping?
Yes! I ship anywhere within the continental U.S. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and will be added to your invoice.

9. What if I need my shirt fast?
Rush orders (3 business days) are available for an additional fee. Be sure to select the Rush Order option on your form.

10. Can I submit my own design?
Absolutely. Upload any photos or inspiration images (Pinterest, Google, screenshots, etc.) directly in the order form.

11. Can I cancel or change my order?
Changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, all orders are final and cannot be changed or canceled.

12. Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final once your order has been confirmed and production has begun. Please double-check all details before submitting.

13. What if there’s a problem with my order?
If something isn’t right, contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order. I’ll do my best to make it right.

14. How do I care for my custom shirt?

For best results, wash your shirt inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Avoid ironing directly over the design to help your shirt last longer.
